Pre-fill a Form

Hi there. I found this article about how to pre-fill fields in a C&P form using URL parameters: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...rl-parameters1
However, I'm interested in the form filling the fields depending upon who is completing it. Is there a way to use the field auto-population to fill it out depending upon who the customer is? The method described in the article seems like it would require me to complete the URL accordingly per customer. Let me know if there's a way to send someone a form and have the auto-fill complete the fields with data depending upon the contact I'm sending it to. Thank you!
