Empty Transaction Deposit Fund Date

Transactions have stopped depositing as of the 26th. I'm basing this off of no "Deposit Fund Date" on 19 transactions we've had since the 25th. Any idea on why this might be happening? I've attached the 19 in question.

Do you have an update on this? Is this tied to this client reaching 100% of their Pro Pay transactions? I'd like to get more information on this.
