We needed to update the next installment date of a recurring gift. It looks like you can do this in Connect, but not from the Salesforce side. So, we updated the recurring gift next installment date from Connect, but the next installment date hasn't updated in Salesforce. Is there an automatic process that sends those updates? (It's been at least a day since we changed the data).
Or do we need to post the donation again? We'd rather not remove the current data in Salesforce, but will posting with an existing record create a duplicate record in Salesforce or send the autoresponder again?
