  • Some Click & Pledge donations not posting to Salesforce Contact Records

    Hi,

    Recently we had someone donate on our website using the CP donation form, however, the donation was captured both in CONNECT and the CP Salesforce native app but it did not post either on Salesforce donations or on the donors contact record. This seems random. The donation record is also not showing in CP temporary contact or temporary accounts. Could assist to investigate what happened? WE are unable to track these kinds of donations with the other donations in Salesforce.

    Good day @Samiam

    We just reviewed your instance and found that you have set to not create an opportunity record under C&P Settings > Opportunity > Opportunities.

    You need to enable the opportunity creation to get the opportunity created and assign to the contact: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...---opportunity

      The issue is resolved, it's now working after putting back the opportunity setting.

      One more question, how do I check CP activity logs to figure what could have happened. Changes to C&P don't show up in Salesforce's Admin Audit Trail.

        Sorry, as of now, we don't have that option. However, I have forwarded it to our developers to see the possibilities in future releases.
