    Good day @jeffhonnold-gp

It looks like you have not updated the campaign where it should be but updated on the transaction details page. However, we have updated the campaign to "FY20 Individual Giving" under the most recent recurring transaction so moving forward it will come under the "FY20 Individual Giving" campaign.

You will need to update the SF Campaign as showing in the below images:

Under the transaction details page of the most recent recurring:

Granted 3 days on Org ID 00DE0000000deb4
    Example transaction: 30252-201113102853543 (11/13/2020)
Came into Opportunity under Campaign FY19 Individual Giving
Should have gone into Campaign: FY20 Individual Giving

It's a general issue, however - we've set the most recent transaction (inside Connect) on the recurrings to the campaign we want the new Opps to go into, and they continue to go into the original campaign of the Master Transaction.

    Good day @jeffhonnold-gp

Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce instance and share the recurring order number as well as the old and new Campaign name so that we can review it?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

  • RECURRING DONATION; attempt to change the campaign of recurring donation not working

We are attempting to change the campaign of a recurring donation (for instance, from an original generic campaign TO a board of directors campaign). We have tried what you say in the forums - we go into the recurring donation in CONNECT, we find the most recent transaction, and we change the CONNECT campaign on that one to a campaign which has the correct Salesforce ID.

However, future transactions continue to come in under the original generic campaign, with the original receipt, and the CP-Data which is sent to Salesforce continues to show the original campaign if we repost to Salesforce.

What is the correct procedure, start to finish, of changing the campaign (of an existing recurring donation) into which new transactions will flow automatically? Or is it actually impossible?

    Thank you.
