  • Pledge Payments not showing

    Hello,

    This is the second instances this has happened. It appears to resolve it self within 24 hours, wondering if there's a way we can resolve it sooner. When I enter a payment towards a pledge it shows up as an opportunity and a C&P transaction but when i click into the pledge it does not show up under payments received. It also doesn't show up on my reports that I built. An example of a contact this is effecting is Hunter (William) Household. Scfreen shots are attached.Click image for larger version

    Good day @AlexSH

    We reviewed and noticed that the Pledge start date is 1st Oct and the transaction you are referring to processed before the 1st of October i.e. 30th of Sept that is the reason it is not assigned the pledge.

      Please offer advice as to what to do to solve this problem. I keep running into instances where people are giving money before the date of the pledge start date. In the example above, it's shown that the person put $40 towards their $1,440.00. The payment was never applied towards the pledge even though it's past the 10/1 start date. How do we fix this problem so that the payments made towards a pledge show up attached to that pledge, even if it's before the "pledge start date"

        As stated above, the start date of the pledge is the 1st of Oct and the transaction date was the 30th of Sept which is the reason it didn't assign. However, in this case, you can repost the transaction through C&P Data so that the opportunity will be assigned to the Pledge.

          hello. the same issue is happening again to the one attached. It's not showing up against the pledge even though i reprocessed. please help. Click image for larger version

            Good day @AlexSH

            We reviewed the above order number and noticed that the reason for not assigning the Pledge because of the SKU condition. We found that you have set the SKU condition as Blank in C&P Pledge whereas the transaction you are referring to does have the SKU.

            Please note that Default VT SKU will apply only in case when you do the transaction from the C&P Pledge page (Pledge Payment button).

            However, if you want we can fix it for you so that it will assign the Pledge to that contact.
