You'll note that there's an area in blue that says "NOTE: Exit after the first match". Meaning, the first rule that applies is the one that will be used.
This is the way it is under C&P Settings > Opportunity, and it's because these are the rules that happen on the "create opportunity" operation. Creation only happens once, so you can't interate through a list.
It's the opposite way in "Custom Mapping". Custom Mapping rules are an "update" operation, so each rule is run and updates the record, and then the next one is run. So in Custom Mapping, the last applicable rule is the one that "wins"
Hope that makes sense.

Thanks! That completely makes sense. CnP.LiveSupport.AB .
So for my knowledge, let me ask this, 1) What is transaction campaign? 2) Does this rules run in order. So it looks at rule 1 and if it doesn't work, it goes to rule 2, and etc? 3) If we add another SKU, will we have to delete the "any non-blank SKU" and then recreate? I'm about 99.9% sure I'm going to take your advice and change that filter.
Thanks,
Shawn

Hi Shawn,
The first rule that is applying with these settings was "Any Non-Blank SKU" is the transaction campaign. No campaign was assigned for the transaction as a whole,.
So I deleted the rule and recreated it, so that it fell underneath the "INSPIRING-MIND-1" rule. I re-processed the transaction from C&P Data, and the correct campaign was assigned.
Are you sure you want the rule to read "Any Non-Blank SKU"? It seems like it might be more useful to set it to "Any Blank SKU" - since that would apply to any transaction for which you had not created a custom SKU situation.

Thanks Amanda CnP.LiveSupport.AB . We actually decided to change the SKU to something without Webgive to see if that would change the outcome. Unfortunately, it did not. I have granted access for you for 3 days. Here is an opportunity with the SKU listed. I've even changed it in our C&P settings. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
Please let me know what you find.
Best,
Shawn

It should follow the 2nd rule in your screenshot, rather than the last one because the SKU does include WEBGIVE. The first rule that meets the criteria is the one that is used.
CORRECT THAT:
Your condition for the 2nd rule is "SKU IS", so the 4th rule should apply.
If it does not, grant access, and I'll take a look.

Good question. I've attached an image. It's the same exact string. CnP.LiveSupport.AB

What does the C&P SKU field say on the Opportunity that did not get the correct campaign?

Salesforce Campaign not assigning.
Hello,
We are trying to assign a primary campaign to an opportunity upon creation of the opportunity. It appears that there is something that is preventing the opportunity to attach. Any idea why that might be? We are using it based on the skew. Here are our current settings? (attached below)
It is worth noting the settings are within Salesforce. And we are using gravity forms to collect the information and have connected it to C&P.
Thanks for help.
