How do I add a SKU to a connect form?

I'm setting up new donation forms via connect and my last issue is that the opportunities are being created without a Primary Campaign Source. I have the connect campaign tied to the correct SF campaign but it still does not come through.

I've also already set the "primary campaign source" condition to use the transaction campaign, but that came through not connecting with the correct campaign, either. It seems like it just used the transaction campaign NAME and not the ID.

I need the opportunities to be tied to the correct campaigns in SF. Is there a way to input the SKU into the form in Connect? I only see places for the campaign name and campaign ID.

Not asking about a specific gift/order number. I'm looking for instructions on how to add SKUs to donation forms in Connect.

Ah, my apologies. We do have an option to add SKUs to the Amount Buttons, Additional Fee, and Custom Questions of the Campaign.

Can you point me to instructions on how to add SKU's to forms? Meaning, please respond with a LiNK to the directions on how to do these things.

Please note that SKUs are not specific to the Forms but to the Amount, Additional Fee, and Custom Questions in the Campaigns which reflects into the forms.
