- It looks like the credit card expiration date of one of our donor's has been somehow updated on the Click & Pledge platform but it's not updated in Salesforce.
- Is there a way for us to update just the expiration date?

1.May I know where exactly you have updated the credit card? Would you please share the order number?
Please note that when you update the card in Connect it will pre-athorize the card and post the information to Salesforce if connected.
2. Sorry, for now, we don't have option to only update the date. However, you can update the card within Connect as showing in the following KB article: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...ng_transaction

1. I did not update the credit card because I couldn't find a place to do that, so not sure how it got updated- In Connect: when I look at their recent transaction order #60252-200812095511932 it shows the new cc exp date
- in SalesForce: Recurring Transaction still shows the 2020 exp date

Hi Monique,
You are using the ProPay gateway, which provides a service called "EnsureBill". It is discussed in our ProPay Migration article. The card was likely updated as a part of this service.
The card in Salesforce should also be updated. We are reviewing to see why this has not happened.

Thanks for the reminder, Monique. The problem was resolved; however, I needed to delete the transaction from Salesforce (C&P Settings > Maintenance), and then post it again for the new card information to get transferred.
The record now reflects the correct card.
