    Hello,
    Not sure when this happened but the custom Opp mappings are not working anymore (at least, not consistently). I have three custom mappings and only one is working right now (see screen shots). I suspect the one that is working is due to other Salesforce automation setting Forecast Category on basis of Opp Stage. Why are Payment Method and Acknowledgement Status no longer working? It looks like the SKU might be coming in blank, even though we have settings configured for many SKU details on the C&P site.

    Any thoughts?

    Update: It appears none of our transactions have been generating SKUs ever since July 1, even though we have not changed the campaign and its settings currently suggest a SKU should be applied. Why could this be?

      Good day @Mike Meg

      We reviewed your instance and reprocess the following order number: 51519-2007201430378710475 and it is successfully mapped. We found that the following order number: 51519-2007201430378710475 has two items and for the one item you have not defined the SKU. Based on the custom mapping i.e ANY SKU one of the opportunities successfully mapped.

      Regarding passing the blank SKU, would you please share the order number so that we can review it.

        There are a few others as well, but hopefully that is a start?

          The reason for not passing the SKU nor the items are listing in your donation form because all of the items have been given end date which has been expired for all the recurring options.

          Please note that in case all the items expired, we are showing an open field for the donation amount.

            Thank you for that explanation, but why was the donor able to choose an amount and proceed through the web form at all, if there was an end date on the amount? I have been using the campaign for testing smaller donations and have never seen these options "hidden" despite their end dates being surpassed. Why was the option not hidden as soon as the date was surpassed?

              Please note that if all Campaign items expired in this case, we are showing an open field. We also reviewed the form and those items are hidden/not listed in the form since it is expired.

                Got it, I think I have fixed it now. Restoring expiry dates on the different payment levels still caused our form to mess up by returning to default formatting for those items when they returned to the page, instead of preserving the formatting we had chosen and configured prior to their expiry. I restored the formatting manually as best I could, but you might want to look into that as a bug. Thanks again for your help!

                  I was reviewing your post, and wanted to clarify a couple of things:
                  • Did you resolve your SKU issue for mapping Payment Method? Likely you just need to create another rule for when the SKU is blank, as done here for a Contact field:

                  • We are confused about "Restoring expiry dates on the different payment levels still caused our form to mess up by returning to default formatting". This description could describe a bug, or just caching behavior in the browser.
