  • Connection failure notification

    We received an email notification of a connection failure between C&P Connect and Salesforce for our C&P account # 37312. However, the connection in C&P Connect under our Salesforce integration is connected and verified and transactions have been coming through all day. Can you provide more information please?

    Your account is connected. You might be receiving the email notification because of your Sandbox instances are out of date.

      Yes! I see that our Sandbox connection is not connected. I just tried to connect it again and got the following messages on the page:
      "Your Salesforce Instance is not up-to-date. Please click HERE to request a free upgrade."
      "Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance. Read more..."

      I suspect those messages are related and if we upgrade our instance that will fix it. I have granted login access and can make a post to the Salesforce upgrade forum to get the upgrade. Let me know if there's anything else I should do. Thanks!
