"Make this donation Anonymously" mapping to Salesforce

Hi,

We used to have a custom question "Would you like your donation to remain anonymous" text field that passed to a Salesforce field properly, however it became redundant with the default "Make this donation Anonymously" checkbox. How do I map that checkbox to Salesforce? I have created a field "Anonymous Checkbox" on the Oppty object. You have login access to my account, the org ID is 00D41000000LKy2.

We just reviewed the custom mapping in your instance found that you have not mapped to the "Anonymous Checkbox" field instead there is a mapping for the "Anonymous" field.



However, if you please share the order number or the form link and the question you would like to map to the "Anonymous Checkbox" field in opportunity object, we will set this up for you.

Thank you so much! Last question -- I want to run a report in C&P and update that field on existing opportunities. How do I filter a transaction report to show anonymous orders only, based on that feed checkbox?

Thank you. But I was hoping for a way to update opportunities that have already been synced, before that checkbox was created, to update. Is that possible in C&P -- to find whether a donor clicked the anonymous donations box for past orders?

Sorry, for past opportunities it will not update. You need to update them manually.
