Tribute Custom Question Mapping

Hi, we'd like to add a tribute (in honor of/in memory of) option on our donation page. We created a test page: https://urm.org/honoree-test/
I also have created the custom question mapping but it didn't seem to map to the Opportunity object fields that i have set up. Can someone please look into this and let me know what I did wrong?

Can you take a look at in the settings the custom questions mapping that I have done whether its been done correctly?
its for in honor memory of so should map to the correct fields in the opportunity. Should be very straight forward thanks

We just reviewed the above order number and noticed that the answer is not the same as you have mentioned in the custom mapping.

hi I dont understand on the form we asked this question Is this gift in honor / memory of someone? And there's a check box yes. If someone checked that box then it will show this Honor Gift Type with a pull down menu showing in honor of and memory of to chooxe from. Then the next field is this Honoree Name and there's a field to type the name.

We have fixed the values in the custom mapping per the XML values and it working as expected now.

yes it is working!! Do you mind sharing with me what you had to fix? I'd like to understand how to do the custom mapping correctly.
What did I miss in mapping?

Also just to confirm, if in memory of is chosen instead of in honor then in Salesforce it will show in memory also right?

The questions are not exactly the same as in XML which is the reason it didn't map. We simply corrected the questions. There was a colon (punctuation) ":" after the question which didn't satisfy the condition.

Yes, it will show per the selection.
