I'm struggling to get my autoresponder to catch a recurring payment that was just processed a couple of days ago. I have three other payments in the same boat and none are getting caught by the autoresponder.

I've tried a few things, but I must be missing something:
- I've updated the autoresponder settings to include all recurring payments, including the future transaction (which is what just processed that I need to send a tax letter for
- I realized that the "Item Name" being passed (Memorial Donation) was different than other transactions that were working (General Donation) so I tried to update the record in C&P with the other name to see if that would catch it
Let me know if there is anything I left out in trying to troubleshoot this.
