Perfect, and yep, the clone function is easy...just wanted to be sure I was thinking about it right.

    Thanks again!

Yes, you need to create a separate autoresponder for each of those conditions but you may use the same template.

I got it to catch the transactions - thanks so much for your help! To be clear for future setups, even if I want payments to receive the same letter, it looks like the "AND" statements are hard-coded into the autoresponder setup, so I think I need to make separate autoresponders for each type: one-time, recurring, and future. Is that correct or is there a way to have a single autoresponder catch any of those with an "OR" filter somehow?

    Thanks - M

Got it - thanks! I'll try that today...I knew that there was some combination I wasn't trying...it seems so obvious now.

    Good day @mjblarson

We reviewed the order number and the responder. Please note that in autoresponder all the conditions should be satisfied in order to fire the responder. We found that the above transaction is a future date transaction and not a recurring transaction. Future date transactions are a one-time transaction, its not a recurring future date. We noticed that in the condition of autoresponder you have checked the box for recurring which doesn't satisfy the condition. You should uncheck the recurring and Check the Future date transaction and try to resend the autoresponder from the Transaction detail page.

    Autoresponder not catching recurring payments

I'm struggling to get my autoresponder to catch a recurring payment that was just processed a couple of days ago. I have three other payments in the same boat and none are getting caught by the autoresponder.

    The order number is 60622-200513094854736

    Salesforce Org ID: 00D6g000002hfQu

    I've given 1-week access.

I've tried a few things, but I must be missing something:
    • I've updated the autoresponder settings to include all recurring payments, including the future transaction (which is what just processed that I need to send a tax letter for
    • I realized that the "Item Name" being passed (Memorial Donation) was different than other transactions that were working (General Donation) so I tried to update the record in C&P with the other name to see if that would catch it
Can you see why the Autoresponder I have flagged to the campaign for that transaction isn't catching it?

Let me know if there is anything I left out in trying to troubleshoot this.
Working...
