Contact record type being changed

Hello,

I'm finding that when existing contacts donate through Click & Pledge, their contact record type gets changed to the default record type for my profile (I am the sys admin connected to the C&P integration) and it is causing issues. There is no contact record type defined in C&P Settings.

Granted access. The order number is 28833-2005141718237110224. The record type change can be seen in 0033700000brS7rAAE's contact history at 5/4/2020 3:34 PM.

Is it ok for you if we repost the above order number by keeping autoresponder=OFF? Also, please let us know which record type you are expecting to assign?

Yes, it's fine to repost that order number. I would like the contact record type to stay as it is now (MRNY Staff).

Ah, we just reviewed and found this:



Because of the above settings, the contact record type is getting changed to "Non-Program".
