C&P Salesforce Integration as Guest User Issue

I've added 2 mapping rules under C&P Settings so that all future Opportunities created by Click & Pledge will be updated to have the GBFB Admin User as the Owner (GBDB Admin did not appear to be an option)
Will this resolve your reporting issue? -
Hello,
I'm unable to save the hierarchy changes when editing the report. Therefore the C&P Guest Site user owner of payments/opportunities is not pulling into the report.
I would like to have all C&P owned records to be under the user name: GBFB Admin user (which is used for all other integrations between SF and other systems).
Am I able to change the C&P Opportunities that come in from C&P Default Site Guest User to GBFB Admin user? If I could do this, then the C&P records will be included in the custom reports that require the role hierarchy.
Within the GBFB SF integration, the API Integrations profile is already assigned in 'assigned apps' to:What needs to happen to make all opportunities that come in from C&P to be owned by GBDB Admin user with the above profile rather than the profile C&P Default Profile (user name C&P Default Site Guest User), which can not be changed or show up in hierarchy reports?Click & Pledge Events (CnP_PaaS_EVT__Events_management) Click & Pledge Payment-as-a-Service (CnP_PaaS__Core)
Look forward to any guidance you can provide.
Thanks,

Hello,
Thank you for your additional suggestion, but the client would like to stay in Lightning (as they transition from Classic) as much as possible.
They have a specific API User license. Could we move the C&P Site User to this User and therefore be able to include the API User in the required Role Hierarchy for custom reports?
If you'd like to take a look at it...

Report is Operating Revenue Report
Thanks for your continued help on this.

You might try using classic to change the filter, and then save it with the change to see if that helps.Leave a comment:

Thank you for replying to this.
It is the Site Guest User.
Salesforce didn't make it so you could no longer use "All Opportunities", but it requires you to 'Clear All' in the default filter "all Opportunities under Role {User Role Name}" and it will then be "All Opportunities". The problem is each time you want to run a report you have to edit it to change the default hierarchy back to 'clear all' (it won't let you save the 'clear all' filter setting).
I'll look into the suggested Salesforce workarounds.Leave a comment:

When you say, "ClickandPledge was integrated with a Guest license user", do you mean the "Site Guest User" or do you mean the "Connected User"
So on the transaction, there are several fields indicating a relationship to a User:
As far as reports go, they are based on the owner- so really the best option you have is a solution similar to the one discussed in this post in the Salesforce Support site:
I am surprised that the Winter '19 release changed your instance so that you can no longer use 'All Opportunities".
From the Salesforce documentation, it sounds like your user account would have needed to be forcibly locked to only see reports that are your role and under,
If that's the case, then you need to talk to your Salesforce Administrator and explain the problem.
If you don't think that's the case, I suggest you either join Live Support so we can take a look, or grant login access so we can review what you are seeing.
You might also find some of these tips helpful from this similar case on the Salesforce Support site. https://success.salesforce.com/answe...0000000DQWMAA4

C&P Salesforce Integration as Guest User Issue
ClickandPledge was integrated with a Guest license user. Due to the Salesforce Winter '19 release, all reports filter "all Opportunities under Role {User Role Name};". Previously you could run reports for 'All Opportunities'.
The issue is Clickand as a Guest User is like a 'ghost user' with no role, no API access, no password, and no session browsing. Without a User Role, the ClickandPledge data isn't pulling into these reports.
Do you have a suggested solution?
