  • Receipt settings not being respected

    We had an employee leave so her e-mails are being forwarded to me. Even though I have taken her off the lists in receipt settings, I am still getting duplicate e-mails. In addition, I added someone who is not getting the e-mails. I'm at a loss as to what to do now, can someone please help?

    Would you please share the order number for which you have received the forwarded email so that we can review it? Also, please include the email address of employee who leaves and the one who is not getting the emails.

      For order#20940-2003260844263580748, I received two e-mails (one to me and one forwarded from [email protected] who I had already removed from Receipt Settings) and the person who I added to the list in the settings prior to this donation received none ([email protected]).

        The above email is listed under the respective Campaign Membership_Dual >> Campaign Details >> Receipts Information >> Internal Mailing List.

        Regarding the new email, is the above order number processed after adding the new email?

          I didn't realize there was something on the campaign as well; I just changed the three place on Receipt Settings. Yes, the new e-mail was added prior to this order being processed.

            I think I've figured it out. I didn't realize the memberships were set to a custom setting vs. following the receipt settings. I'm updating them all now and will let you know if I have any further issues. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
