  • Recurring Donation - charge declined

    Hello! One of our recurring donors has gotten declined messages from recent attempts to process their latest transaction, which should have been 3/18/2020. Can you provide more information about why it was declined? Staff attempted to process the transaction through Salesforce and through C&P Connect. The recurring donation ID is 299610. The recent declined transactions have Order Number:

    • 37312-200323161251524
    • 37312-200323161428412
    • 37312-200323170405924
    • 37312-200323170449017

    Please note that the Transaction Details page in Connect will show the Decline reason. Please see:

    The card is declined by the bank and the reason is "Do Not Honor". Please note that "DO NOT HONOR" is the bank's response when a card declines. The card holder needs to contact their bank and figure out why the card was declined.
