Matching Rules on Phone Number

Is there a way to set up a matching rule on phone number within C&P Matching Rules?

We only match to phone number for SMSgiving, but SMSgiving forms are a response to a text-to-give Connect Campaign, so the associated phone number is encoded into the form without the Patron's input.

By default, our matching in Salesforce is based on First Name, Last Name, and Email. You may also change based on address fields, but this is not recommended as text fields can vary so much. The good news is, once you've matched someone to their Contact record once, an alias with that email is created and will be used to match against the next time that person donates.

The settings to control how Contacts are matched are under C&P Settings > Contacts & Accounts.
