  • Contact not Auto-Matching

    I sent through a donation and matched the contact using temporary contacts. Then I sent through another donation with all the same informatoin submitted and it did not automatically go through. It created a new temporary contact as far as I can tell. We have semi-automatic matching enabled.

    Organization ID: 00DA0000000YPsk
    Order #: 60282-2002131452377272004 is the order that created the temporary contact when it should have just matched from my understanding.

    We have fixed it. It was due to the C&P Settings was not updated. Moving forward it will match the contacts accordingly.
