  • Transaction message "Manually Created"

    We had a C&P transaction via Gravity Forms post successfully to Salesforce. However there is no record of the transaction in Gravity Forms and the C&P Transaction Message reads "Manually Created". Can you please tell me
    1. what the message "Manually Created" means, and
    2. if that has anything to do with why we aren't seeing the transaction in Gravity Forms?
    I have granted login access for 1 week. The transaction order # is 37312-2001261918584517972. The transaction status in C&P Connect is Authorized. Let me know if you need further information to investigate. The Salesforce Org ID is 00D50000000cBTw.

    Manually Created means, it is manually processed from C&P Temporary Contacts. As you can see the created date is 1/26/2020 and it is modified on 1/27/2020. The modified date is nothing but when the above order number manually processed from temp contacts.

    Regarding no record of the transaction in Gravity Forms, it is nothing to do with SF. However, if you share the following details we will review your instance.

    Please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

      Thanks for explaining what Manually Created means. That is helpful! It seems sometimes when we process C&P temporary contacts, the transaction message is Successfully Transacted. Why would the message be different at times?

      To clarify, do the FTP, admin login details, and website URL that you are requesting refer to our Gravity Forms account and/or WordPress? I'm asking for assistance from our web dev team on getting you those details as I don't have access to them. Let me know if I'm interpreting your request correctly and we'll submit the details you need in a support ticket as soon as possible.

        When you process the temp contact it shows as Manually created. In the case of re-posting the data from C&P Data, it shows successfully posted.

        Yes, we need FTP, admin login details and website URL refer to your Gravity Forms account.

          Thanks for clarifying Manually Created vs. Successfully Transacted.
          Our web dev team actually found the issue - this person's transaction got caught in our anti-spam filters. We are turning off the filter for this form to avoid this issue in the future. We won't need to open a support ticket. Thanks for your help!
