  • Transactions not being pushed to Salesforce Sandbox

    Hi, I have a new Sandbox with a fresh install of Click & Pledge appexchange apps, and have followed the instructions for establishing a connection between Connect and SF. The connection shows active both in Salesforce C&P Accounts, and in Connect, but transactions are not being posted to Salesforce at all. I'm also not getting email notification that any error has occurred. Live support walked be through several checks today and we couldn't find the problem.

    Access has been granted
    SF Sandbox org: 00D2f0000008eHg


    Please let me know if you know more info. Thanks!

    Hi Jon,

    We tested from this end, and your transactions are posting now. I think the last change we made on the Live Support call by changing the login domain to the classic version of the custom Salesforce domain, e.g. clickandpledge.my.salesforce.com, may have resolved the issue. Feel free to post the remaining unposted transactions from Connect, and if you'd like us to push those for you, let us know the date range you would like pushed.
