  • Need help understanding an error message

    Can you help me decipher this error message. It appears to be tied to Autoresponders:
    "Apex script unhandled exception by user/organization: 005A0000008SceJ/00DA0000000CjQI

    Failed to invoke future method 'public static void sendingemails(String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, String, Boolean, String, String, String, String, String, String, String)' on class 'CnP_PaaS.EmailSender' for job id '7072K00007Azr9I'

    caused by: System.CalloutException: Read timed out

    Class.CnP_PaaS.EmailSender.getInstanceName: line 2633, column 1
    Class.CnP_PaaS.EmailSender.getReplaceUrl: line 2666, column 1
    Class.CnP_PaaS.EmailSender.sendingemails: line 1084, column 1"

    It is in reference to this transaction: 18679-1912111438402632012

    The contact has an email address and has received autorresponders before. So I can't figure out why it's timing out now.

    I have granted access to org id: 00DA0000000CjQI

    It looks like the API calls were exceeded when the above transaction processed which results in the above error. Moving forward if you still see the above error please let us know.

      Thanks for your response. I attempted to resend an autoresponder to this contact and got the same error again. So it seems that there is something in the data restricting the code from working, as opposed to this being an isolated occurrence due to a coincidental combination of circumstances.

      From your team's experience with this error could you give me a few suggestions on what might be the culprit. I don't want to be stuck in a situation where this contact will always be blocked from getting autoresponders.

        We just reviewed the order number and it is working fine. We resent an autoresponder and it fired the responder. We see NO error.

        Please check now and let us know if you find any issues.
