  • C&P AutoResponder not sending Emails

    Org Id: 00DG0000000ld7B // World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh // We enabled access.

    We are currently using the most recent release of C&P PAAS , etc. We have autoresponders set up and active. However Autoresponder is not sending any outbound email. There is NO indication in SF Email Logs that it even attempts to send emails. This was working as recently as a week ago. We have checked all C&P settings, autoresponder set up, etc. We have checked the APEX Job Logs as well and the C&P AutoResponder Logs but cannot see an immediate cause for this issue.

    We have tested by sending in transactions from Widgets/C&P pages as well as via the Virtual Terminal in SF.

    We have a campaign running tomorrow and would like this resolved if possible by tomorrow. We didn't notice the issue until today when we were finalizing our set up for the campaign.

    There are a number of responders listed, would you please share the responder name you are expecting to fire as well as the ORDER NUMBER so that we can review it?

        The reason for not firing the responder is because the above order number is processed from the Connect campaign widget and if you notice, you have defined the SF Campaign Name as "World Affairs Council Donations_2019 EOY" but the Campaign ID is for different Campaign in Salesforce i.e. "7011M000001dNITQA2" (2019 EOY):

        In order to fire the responder, you will need to change the Campaign Name to the "2019 EOY" in Connect Campaign Widget.
