  • Custom questions not appearing in receipt RELIABLY

    So I've got the custom questions mapped (not hidden) and the data goes in to SF. However, it seems like SOMEtimes they appear in the receipt and sometimes not, and/or they appear in the donor's receipt but not in the cc to the office. How can that be? 00D36000000Hnko, permission granted. (I know they don't appear unless one of them is filled in by the donor)

    What you have described doesn't make any sense. However, I see you have edited the post and mentioned the reason as fixed.

    I hope the issue has been fixed.
