  • Error When Processing Temporary Contacts

    I received this error when processing temporary contacts: Insert Failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER, operation performed with inactive user as owner of task: 344------{CnP_Paas}

    I reactivated the user, but I need to be able to deactivate them. Where can I fix this?

    You will need to process all temp contacts having that user as owner and then you can inactivate that user.

      I don't have any temporary contacts, they are being created with that user. How do I make it so temporary contacts have a different user as their owner?

        In this case, you can inactivate that user. The reason you got that error because of that temp contact owner was that user. Since that user is inactive moving forward you won't see that error.

          Actually KELL Partners was able to find the real issue. Under Notifications in C&P Settings there was a notification set up to create a task for the KELL Partner user. This is what was causing the error, and now that they have shown me that we were able to delete it and fix the problem.
