  • Live Transaction Shows as "Test" in C&P Connect & Salesforce

We have a donation that someone made that is showing in C&P and Salesforce as a test and no money for this has been posted to our account. It says "test" under transaction type but I am not sure why. The Order Number is 26033-1908291407350351111.

In Salesforce, the field labeled Transaction Type has a value of "Test"
In Click & Pledge Connect the Transaction shows "Test - Authorized"

I would upload some screen shots, but it consistently says my upload quota is exceeded.

    Good day @[email protected]

We don't have access to your instance to review it. However, the above transaction has been processed from the Event site and it looks like your Event is in TEST Mode. Please login to SF instance and make sure that your event is not in Test Mode.

I have granted access for a week. The org id is 00DF00000005zU1

The event is not in Test Mode, it's been active for quite a while. We've had transactions before and after this one that have all come through correctly and haven't changed the mode (ie, from active to test, test to active) in between.

That doesn't make any sense. Please note that the test card number i.e. 4111111111111111 will never authorize in LIVE mode and always declined. When you see the transaction status as "Test-Authorized" then that means it processed from a test card and in test mode. It is highly impossible that the transaction processed in LIVE mode shows the above status.
