  • Cannot trigger autoresponder on "Other" payment methods or mark them "Authorized"

    We're finding that the autoresponder we have for donations by check is not getting sent and I think it's because the transactions are not being marked "Authorized." However, I find no way to change their status as such. The Autoresponder requires a status of Authorized, Declined, or Refund/Credit.

    How do I resolve this?

      With a little more troubleshooting, I found the issue. Forgot to enter the SKU when processing transaction. All is well. Thanks!
