  • Error Processing Temporary Contacts

    We have a user who is unable to properly process temp contacts. Our org ID is 00D460000000rdW, and I have granted C&P temporary access. Here are the particulars of our issue:

    - Users with the profile "System Administrator" have no issue processing temp contacts.

    - Users with the profile "JCHC Power User" can process temp contacts, in that the contacts appear in Salesforce and the appropriate Autoresponder fires. But the temp contacts do not disappear from the temp contacts list.

    - When a "JCHC Power User" tries to process a temp contact, we receive the attached error message.

    I'm guessing there must be a profile setting that needs to be enabled, but I don't know which one. If you could take a look and recommend something I would appreciate it.

    NOTE: Please do not attempt to process any temporary contacts, as that will cause our autoresponder to fire in error. If you would like to test a solution, please tell me what the change should be and I will test it.

    May I ask you to please assign the following permission set to that respective user: "PS-CnP-PaaS-ONLY-TemporaryContact" and test it?

    The above permission set is included with the package.
