I have a client who does not seem able to "Process" Temporary Contacts in Salesforce. She is able to click the "Process" button and C&P seems like it is creating new record(s), but apparently the contact does not fall off the Temporary Contacts list. she was not originally listed as a User in C&P so I added her as an active user with sys admin privileges (and used the same email address that she uses to login to Salesforce), but she is still not seeing any change. Is there a setting that I am missing?
