  • Additional Fee

    Hi! We are having an issue where Additional Fees are creating a separate opportunity in Salesforce when coming from Connect campaigns. In our C&P Settings we have the "Create a separate opportunity for each of the following fees..." boxes unchecked. But it is still adding a new opportunity instead of adding the additional fee amount to the "Additional Fee" field in the opportunity. Please advise how to fix this.

    Our Org ID is 00DA00000009ZiZ, I have granted 7 days access.

    Please note that the Connect "Additional Fee" is NOT the same as the "Convenience Fee" in Salesforce what you have unchecked under C&P Settings. In Connect the "Additional fee" is an item. The "Additional Fee" coming in Salesforce is not an optional opportunity but a separate line item resulting in a separate opportunity, by design.
