  • C&P Recurring out of sync

    Hello!

    We have a C&P Recurring Schedule that is out of sync. The expiration date on the card passed and the donor did not call us until the second month the donation date passed. We updated the card information and processed the first donation date missed. The "re-process" button is gone now for us to process the second month's donation. The C&P Recurring ID is 432190.

    Is it possible to resync a recurring that is out of sync by 2 or more months (ie, there were 2 declined transactions)?

    You need to go to the Connect and locate the recurring transaction >> Manage Recurring >> here you can charge the card by clicking on Charge Next.

    Charge the card until you see the "Next Payment Date" is a future date.

      P.S. since you have changed the credit card information the first transaction on 6/24/2019 in the chain is the pre-authorization and the second one on the same date has charged the card.
