  • Recurring Transactions Not Processing

    We have received notice that 2 of our recurring transactions were unable to be processed. The first was on Tues 7/16, the other was today 7/18. Where do I find out why they didn't process? Is this a Transfirst timeout issue?

    Our Org ID is 00DA00000009ZiZ. I have granted 7 days access.

    Would you please share the RecurringID or Order number so that we can review it? We found that one of the recurringID#367036 - Order#30671-190718102413617 has been declined from the bank on 7/18 and the reason is "Do not honor".

    You can see the status under the transaction details page.
