  • Auto Responder not sending to specific donors

    Hello,

    I've found a handful of individuals so far that are not receiving auto-responders after they donate. I made no changes to the autoresponders and am not sure why this might be happening. I've given access to our org and the individual contact IDs are:
    0033600000Ta3Y3AAJ
    0033600000TaAxoAAF
    0033600000TaCXHAA3


    They are all eCheck recurring givers. I've added a screenshot of the recurring giver auto-responder.

    Could someone please help?

    Would you please share order numbers and the responder name you are expecting fire?

    Also, the image you have provided is PNG and this forum does not show it in full scale. I only see a thumbnail. It supports JPG.

      Yes, the responder name is New Web Responder R and a few of the order numbers are:

        We just reviewed and noticed that none of the above order numbers have SKU included but the condition of Autoresponder is set to "SKU: Starts with DON.

        Please note that in order to fire the responder there must be condition satisfied.

          Thank you - so SKU should be equal to blank and it would be satisfied?

            NO, the SKU should Starts with DON. It should not be blank.
