    Hello,

    We're having some difficulty with donors not receiving receipts from C&P. Our receipt settings are set to send a receipt triggered by an API integration (Salesforce). My assumption is that receipts would be sent for any data passing into Salesforce, including records created as Temporary Contacts. Is C&P waiting for us to process Temporary Contacts before it sends a receipt? How can we ensure donors receive a receipt right after their donation, even if they're held as Temporary Contacts for a few days?

    Please note that the Connect receipts are nothing to do with Salesforce. Once the transaction processed the receipt will be sent. In the case of Autoresponder in Salesforce, it required to process the temp contact to send the responder.

    Since you have mentioned the API integration, the receipt which processed through third party examples: Salesforce, WooCommerce..etc. will only be sent. But those which processed through Connect forms will not be sent based on the settings.
