    But it doesn't look like anything is wrong with the customer's info or recurring donation. Can you explain why this error message came through, and confirm if anything is wrong and needs to be fixed? I have granted login access for 1 week.

    The reason for the above error is updating of record in the asynchronous form. In other words, the objects were busy when we were trying to insert the data. We simply reposted the data and it fixed it. It's about timing.

    However, you no need to worry about such errors. For these very reasons, we have the feature included in C&P Settings called Self Healing under Maintenence which will automatically resolve such errors. We suggest you enabled it and get rid of the above errors.

      We turned on Self Healing and it sent tons of error notifications of old errors that we've since resolved through workaround processes. Can we choose to turn on Self Healing from this point forward without re-processing old transactions?

      Also, I wonder if this error is related or a different issue?:

        We have fixed the above order number. Please note that self-healing will try to process those transactions which are ended up with the error and there is no way of knowing how you have fixed those with the workaround processes. If you don't want to run those old transactions which you have fixed through the workaround process then you need to turn the self-healing off.

          In order to fix all the errors that came through when we turned on Self Healing, would I have to send them here to the Support Forum? I'm not sure how to fix them on my own.

                  Thanks for processing these. I have 2 remaining questions:
                  1. Order number 37312-1906181638374675241 has a Transaction status of Void and doesn't have an opportunity and still shows an error message under Related C&P Data "Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, A validation rule is preventing the record from saving: A validation rule is preventing the record from saving: []" from 8/8/19. What does this mean and has that transaction still not properly posted?

                  2. Order number 37312-1903101640557247614 has a Transaction status of Credit and the system information indicates the record was created on 7/4/19 (whereas the others say created within the last couple days, presumably when you were processing them). There's no associated opportunity in Salesforce. Can you explain the status of and generally what's going on with this transaction?

                    It is due to the custom validation rule but we are not sure which workflow or process builder causing an issue. You need to review the flows and try to re-post the data.

                      OK, I haven't been able to figure out what custom validation rule is causing the issue, but it sounds like you can't help me any further on that. Can you please respond to my 2nd question? 2.                             Dates of the posting are depended on when data posted. When you re-post/reprocess the C&P Data the dates will change. However, this transaction also ended up with the same validation error.
