  • Temp Contact Notifications delivering for some emails but not others

    We have notifications set up to send to three different emails when a temporary contact is created. One of the emails (domain @cadencebank.com) is receiving the notifications, but the other two emails (both on @judchickeycenter.org) are not receiving them.

    We have installed the Spring '19 version of C&P Paas and the Class Library. Our Salesforce org ID is 00D460000000rdW and I have granted C&P temporary access to our org. Please let me know if you need anything else to investigate.

    In the above case, it seems to be an issue with your email service provider OR our receipts are ending up in a spam folder. Please check email/spam/junk/ folder for the Receipt.

    However, we have seen in many cases that the email service provider blocks email receipts assuming it as spam. Please contact them to make sure they whitelist it.
