  • URGENT: C&P not processing cards and cannot access connect

    We are experiencing some strange errors.

    1. Donations are failing to process both on our donation forms as well as internally via virtual terminal. We have tried with multiple cards and each time receive the "transaction failed" message.

    2. When me and my team try to login to Connect we receive the message "Sorry but we cannot find the email in our system. Please try again."

    We have already had a few donors call in having experienced this issue.
