  • Declined transaction not posted

Hi, I just noticed this declined transaction is not posted in Salesforce Transaction-44237 <OrderNumber>36448-1905151935591397114 I did click 'repost' it still didn't post. There are other declined transactions that posted in Salesforce. Just want to make sure the system is consistent.

    Thanks...

When I pasted the Salesforce Record ID in SF, I got this message:
      Data Not Available
The data you were trying to access could not be found. It may be due to another user deleting the data or a system error. If you know the data is not deleted but cannot access it, please look at our support page.
and under The transaction details in SF there's no SF Opportunity listed:
      Related Opportunities

The reason it is not created the opportunity because you have asked for not to create for zero amount.

We noticed that the above transaction has been processed from FaaS form and you have NOT validated the "Other" field which is the reason the transaction has been processed with the Dollar "0" amount.

As you can see, it is NOT showing as a required field. You must validate the "Other" field in your FaaS form to avoid $0 transactions.
