ProPay Account / Portal Access

  • ProPay Account / Portal Access

    A few months ago we were switched over to ProPay. I have seen with another organization that they have access to a ProPay Portal ( where they can view processing, limits, etc. We have never received this for our organization and I am wondering how we get this set up and gain access to it.

    Our Account # is 26033 (Promise686, Inc.)

    We do not set up access to the account as it is part of a globally managed system with a very set of strict settings. We post all information to Salesforce as related to the transaction. Access to each account is disabled for all accounts in Click & Pledge as a change without its setting update in C&P could result in failed transaction.

    At this time no users can access those accounts directly through ProPay. If you need a feature let us know and we can work with ProPay to provide the functionality directly into Connect.

      Thank you for the response. However, I am a little confused because I am working with another nonprofit who I helped to implement C&P and they were indeed given access to a ProPay portal. I was on a call with them last week and they showed me the portal and access to it. Is that something different?
