  • Reconcile Donations and Deposits

    we are trying to reconcile what posted to SalesForce/C&P to what was posted to our bank from ProPay. The below 2 transactions (shown directly from C&P) posted in C&P/SF but never actually made it to our bank account. We scoured the settlement reports and could not find anywhere that this money made it to our bank account. They are both echecks but other echecks from the month made it to our bank account. Is there any way to see why these two items never made their way to our bank?
