  • Salesforce Campaigns not showing on Transaction or Opportunity Records

    The last couple days when I posted a donation in the Salesforce Virtual Terminal (check and cash donations) the Primary Campaign Source was not filling in on the C&P Transaction Record or the Salesforce Opportunity Record. We realized the connection had been lost between the Transaction Campaign field (in C&P Settings) and Salesforce, so we re-looked up the Salesforce Campaign and updated the settings; that seemed to work the rest of the day.

    Today when I posted a few donations, the Primary Campaign Source was not filling in on both the Transaction and Opportunity Records and then suddenly did start filling in on the Opportunity Records (I tested a couple more after the first one was blank), but the Campaign was still blank on the C&P Transaction Record.

    Transaction Number for the attached photos is: 51241-190412192710337. Access is granted; Organization ID 00D6A000001hMNY.

    Everything coming in from Connect is correct; no campaign is missing on either records.

    All you need to do is to upgrade your instance with the latest versions of our apps and re-post the above order number so that it will fix the issue. In the version you are at, we are not considering the ExternalID when the transaction processed through VT.

    If you allow us we will upgrade your instance and fix the issue for the above order number.

        We have upgraded your instance with the latest versions of our apps. In order to complete the post-installation, we need to have the Force.com domain set up:

        Please confirm your organization's website so we can set this up and complete the rest of the installation. Note that you cannot easily modify your Force.com domain name after the registration process.
