The last couple days when I posted a donation in the Salesforce Virtual Terminal (check and cash donations) the Primary Campaign Source was not filling in on the C&P Transaction Record or the Salesforce Opportunity Record. We realized the connection had been lost between the Transaction Campaign field (in C&P Settings) and Salesforce, so we re-looked up the Salesforce Campaign and updated the settings; that seemed to work the rest of the day.
Today when I posted a few donations, the Primary Campaign Source was not filling in on both the Transaction and Opportunity Records and then suddenly did start filling in on the Opportunity Records (I tested a couple more after the first one was blank), but the Campaign was still blank on the C&P Transaction Record.
Transaction Number for the attached photos is: 51241-190412192710337. Access is granted; Organization ID 00D6A000001hMNY.
Everything coming in from Connect is correct; no campaign is missing on either records.
