Hi,
I'm having trouble with the VT existing patron lookup.
When we enter the email or contactid, nothing is found even though the patron is in the system. When we enter the first name or last name it does work. We have several patrons with the same name so this generates a long list to choose from which leaves a lot of room for user error in selecting the wrong patron.
We really would like to use the email or contactid lookup option. Is there something missing in the setup that will fix this? Is this a bug?
