  • Transactions not posting to accounts in salesforce

    Hello,

    Starting around March 28th, Click and Pledge transactions stopped creating donations on the account records of donors. The transactions are coming into salesforce and being recorded in C&P Transactions, but the donation is not landing in the account record any more. The only thing that has changed is that we upgraded C&P in salesforce during that time. Here is a link to one of the affected transactions. There is an error code on the transaction as well:

    Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Attempted to add a campaign member where either the member id '0036100001BZWyx' or the campaign id 'null' is null.: []

          Were you able to all transactions from March 28 through today?

            It would be great if you please list the order number as we don't see the issue in many of the order numbers in that date range. However, you may also fix it by simply navigating to the C&P Data of that respective order number and click on Re-post button (make sure to uncheck the Autoresponder in case you don't want to send it).
