  • Declined transaction posting into Salesforce as closed/won

    Hi there,

    I'm having a strange issue with about 4-5 transactions which were declined by C&P, yet showing up as closed/won in Salesforce. They're all related to the same contact record.

    I have checked the opportunity mappings and we have it set to bring in declined opportunities, but the stage for declined transactions is not a closed/won one.

    One of the order #s to check is 30994-1809201928581156726. OID is 00DA0000000HNy0. We've granted access for a week.

    I should add that I deleted the C&P data in the maintenance section of C&P and re-posted the transaction - still didn't come through correctly.

      We reviewed and found the following:

      Per the above mapping, the stage is getting updated with "Received" though the transaction is declined.
