      Thank you, I have reconnected the 3rd party integration with Salesforce. I'm still not seeing deposit amounts in the "Daily ProPay Bank Deposit" report. I have modified my filters to all C&P Transactions and it appears there still isn't any data.

              I noticed you removed "Deposit Date" and "Deposit Amount" from the report and replaced with Deposit Sweep Date and Deposit Net Amount. However, my deposit sweep date is not displaying the actual deposit date, and the Deposit Net Amount does not show the actual Deposit Amount (it is excluding the batch fee.) Is there not a report that I can run showing the actual deposit dates and deposit amounts?

                The Sweep Date IS the date that ProPay sends the deposit to your organization's bank account, with a single exception- if your total net amount for the day is insufficient to cover the $1.50 deposit fee, the transactions will be included for the sweep the following day.. The $1.50 is not included in the report because of this exception- on those days deducting the $1.50 would not be accurate.

                We have noted this on the report screen.

                So your organization's deposit for 2/6/2019 would be Net Amount - $1.50 as long as the deposit was successful that day. If for some reason the deposit fails other than insufficient funds, there is an additional field called ""Response Code Description" you may add to a custom report, but at that point you'll probably want to open a support ticket to get more details.

                  I am now seeing the issue, the Sweep Date is correct on the online report, however, when I export this report the Sweep Date changes in the excel file.

                    If you are opening the file in Excel make sure the column is formatted accordingly. It is best to always double check by opening any CSV file in notepad. Note that a CSV file is nothing but simple comma separate value TEXT file. Open it in notepad and check.

                    Let us know if the CSV file opens in notepad and shows the right date.

                      The Sweep Date is displaying the Transaction Date after Export.

                        Sweep Date is not actually included in the Settlement Report - and this will require some explanation.
                        We have integrated with ProPay, and as part of that process, we download their reports for your account and make that available to you. If you ask ProPay for a field with the "deposit date", they will tell you the "Fund Date" is the date that funds are deposited into your account.

                        However, in planning the settlement report and reviewing your account's data to make sure that it lined up to what we've heard (and asking for your assistance in that process), I noticed that when you ran test transactions and credited the results, the Fund Date more closely reflected when the credit was issued, not the following date where the credit was included in the deposit.

                        We are still trying to clarify with ProPay why there is this inconsistency, and what their accurate definition of "Fund Date" is. I suspect that it is the date and time the funds are authorized for distribution, which makes sense- as a charge requires approval from the card issuing bank; however, in theory a credit does not require that approval.

                        The Sweep Date you see when selecting your Settlement Report is the date referenced in the name of the text file that is downloaded from ProPay- this is the only information they provide through their API to isolate what becomes the 'deposit date' for your organization's bank account.

                        Regarding the date/time difference you are seeing in your Salesforce report,as we discussed in Live Support, I have not yet had a chance to investigate. I will review that and try to have a response for you by the end of the day.
