    Pre Auth is causing 'Closed Lost' instead of 'Pledged' to show up on Donations in Salesforce.

    Hi Bill,

    1. Regarding the Credit stage being assigned to the Opportunity rather than the PreAuthorization
    We are still working with our lead developer on an approach to correct the behavior so that a Pre-authorization does get the correct Opportunity Stage. They have asked for another day or two to give details on the plan and an eta.

    2. Regarding the Receipt not showing recurring information for recurring donations scheduled in advance.
    I'm going to be doing some testing to see which of the transactions involved (the pre-auth, the recurring first payment, or the scheduled payments) is triggering the receipt without the recurring info, so I can pinpoint what recurring information is available for generating it. Then I can work with the team as to how it could be resolved.

    3. Transaction Detail Send Receipt does not show the expected receipt, just a list of the templates that are available.
    I have entered this as an internal feature enhancement request.

    Hopefully I can provide you with a plan of action by the end of the week.

      Hi Bill,

      I have not forgotten this case.
      1. (relative to the same numbers as above) A transaction that is scheduled in the future involves a pre-authorization, and we're having to review the logic being used to accommodate differences in the various gateways, but right now we are hoping to correct this in the mid-February release of PaaS
      2. I have not had a chance to run the tests I had intended, but will plan on doing that today
