  • Mailchimp integration

    Trying to setup C&P Broadcaster. Got the API key from Mailchimp, created a Register App in MC. Not sure what to use for Redirect URI. From an article I found I copied their example and put our instance number in it:

    https://cnp-paas.na74.visual.force.c...x/verification

    Using that, it created a Client ID and Secret, which I copied into the form. Click Verify button, it says it verified, but then I get the error Status: Unverified.

    Not sure what to do with this.

    It seems to be the issue with the URL you have copied into the redirect URL. Go to the C&P Broadcaster >> and copy the URL of that page and paste it into the redirect URL. Please note that you need to add the "/Verification" into the URL after Apex.

      Hmm.. my url for the page is https://bww.lightning.force.com/ligh...S__Broadcaster. No Apex in url. Couldn't find the page if I added /Verification either at the end of the url, or if I modified the url to be just https://bww.lightning.force.com/lightning/Verification. I copied the url from the article and tried https://bww.na74.visual.force.com/apex/verification, which did bring up a login box, but then gave the following error (in a classic instance of Salesforce)
      URL No Longer Exists
      You have attempted to reach a URL that no longer exists on salesforce.com.

      You may have reached this page after clicking on a direct link into the application. This direct link might be:

          We reviewed your instance and identified the issue. We are going to release the Beta version hopefully tomorrow which will address the above issue. Once the Beta released, we will upgrade your instance with the Beta version and update you.

                Thanks, but still issues. It does synchronize the list, but email designer does not seem to work. It shows previous emails sent in MC, but when I select one and choose "Replicate" it appears to be working for a bit then returns me to the screen with the list of emails showing as it did originally. Create New Email Design the Select List pull down is empty.

                  Please note that in order to the get the list under new email designer, first, you need to create a C&P Report and need to assign that report to the Email List so that you will see that list in the Email Designer.
