  • How long should it take for a donation to show in Salesforce?

    How long should it take for a donation to show in Salesforce? Just getting this set up. Everything looks good to go but I don't see anything in Salesforce in response to a donation that was made an hour ago. Where should I look for error logs? Or does it take some time just to get posted?

    It will post the data to your Salesforce instance immediately. May I ask you to review the C&P Temporary Contacts and see if the data sitting there for you to review?

    Please share your Salesforce OrgID and grant login access so that we can review it.

      I was able to post the data manually from C&P, but I had thought that it would be posted automatically. Am I understanding that wrong? Do we need to individually post each order by clicking the post button, or is there a setting to allow us to skip that step and see the data directly in Salesforce?

        As stated above, data will post automatically to your Salesforce instance. Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce instance so that we can review what's going on?

        We reviewed your account and found that the URL specified in the Integration is not correct and it might be the reason for not posting the data. It should be: https://bww.my.salesforce.com

        Please correct the URL and re-establish the connection by clicking on the Verify button. Please note that the User that is being used for connection should be System Administrator in Salesforce.
